Junior Newsletter - A Summer to Remember

Felix Middleton11 Sep - 10:56

Looking back on a record breaking Summer

It was a summer to remember for Crouch End Cricket Club’s junior section in 2024. We attracted a record number of players, won a record number of matches and ended a run of seven years without a trophy by winning not just one but four league titles.

Congratulations go to all our teams but especially the U10 girls – who were champions in their first year of playing – and the U12, U13 and U15 boys. Between them, our four teams of champions lost only four games across the entire season, which is a tremendous effort.

Our thanks go to all of you as well – for ferrying your children and friends to training and matches, watching and playing cricket at home, supporting teams, scoring, umpiring or just propping up the bar at Calthorpe. Our wonderful club relies on all your contributions.

This end-of-season newsletter outlines the opportunities we offer your children to stay connected with the club between now and next summer. And if you want to become more involved in the junior section yourself, please just drop us a line on crouchendccjuniors@outlook.com
